Returns

We really hope you love your new watch and have no reason to return it, however we do appreciate that sometimes your situation has changed on ordering.

We offer a 14 day return policy as long as the watch is in the condition we delivered it to you and with all the relevant accessories we are happy to exchange or refund. The return of the product is your responsibility so please ensure its sent back with insured postage. If the watch was unworn and was sealed then it must be returned with the seals in tact.

If the watch was ordered especially for you then a refund may not always be possible however we want to ensure your experience with us is a positive one so please do not hesitate to contact us. An order is a watch we don’t have on our stock file and is purchased for you specifically. Any holding deposits or payments towards this watch are not refundable. Trade sales (B2B) fall outside our returns policy and are none refundable and have no warranty.

If the watch you purchase from us is classed as unworn it will have an international warranty that is a manufactuer warranty so can be returned for repair at any authorised stockist.

Our pre-owned watches are tested prior to advertising and again before delivery or collection. They come with a 1 year return to base warranty. 3rd party intervention invalidates your warranty. Batteries are not covered. Our warranty is a return to base cover and we endeavour to repair your timepiece as quick as possible and return it back to you.
